Hassle-free Cancellations Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. Just drop us an email at with the order number and items(s) you wish to cancel within 4 hours of placing the order. However, it may not always be possible to cancel the order or prevent the product from being shipped as we strive hard to process orders at the earliest. In such cases, please return the item(s) by following the Returns guidelines mentioned below.

Returning is simple and easy!

We hope you like your new Bow & Square purchase. If you are unhappy with the products for any reason, please return your item to us with the purchase invoice. We’re glad to offer refund or exchange on unwashed, unworn and unaltered items returned within 7 days from receiving your order. If there are defects or issues with your product or order upon receipt, we will happily make exchanges or refunds. 

Please contact us at with the order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our customer care executive will reach out to you to further understand your concern and will process the request for either return or exchange.

Below are a few points that you need to keep in mind-

  • Contact us on email to raise a return request within 7 days from receiving your order.
  • Goods should be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered and undamaged) and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Refunds will only be made in the mode and in the same account used in the original purchase of the goods. In case of Cash on Delivery, we would give you store credits of an equal amount.
  • Items (including the product and the packaging box) that are returned damaged or worn will not be refunded or returned.
  • For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchanges of Face Masks.
  • We do not accept return or exchanges on items that are on sale.
  • The customer will have to ship back the product. The shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Products bought under any special prices (discounted) offers are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same of higher value). Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products sold at special prices.

Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return or exchange request, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
