Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Request

• To initiate a return, Email us at care@bowandsquare.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Methods

• Self-Ship: You may choose to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
• Reverse Pickup: In case you face any difficulty in reverse shipping, can arrange a reverse pickup via our third party logistics partner at a nominal fee of Rs. 200. This amount will be adjusted in the refund.

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For COD payments, we will need your account details ( Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Bank Account Number, IFSC Code) to process the transfer.
• For reverse pickup, the refund amount will be the total order amount paid minus Rs. 200 for the reverse pickup service.
