2. Return Methods

  • Self-Ship: You may choose to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
  • Reverse Pickup: If you face any issues with reverse shipping, we can arrange a reverse pickup through our third-party logistics partner. A nominal fee of Rs. 200 will apply for pants, shorts, and shirts, Rs. 300 for overshirts and pullovers, and Rs. 400 for phirens. This amount will be adjusted in your refund.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For COD payments, we will need your account details ( Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Bank Account Number, IFSC Code) to process the transfer.
  • For reverse pickup, the refund amount will be the total order amount paid minus the shipping fee for the reverse pickup service.
