Hassle-free Cancellations and Returns Policy!

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? No worries. Simply email us at care@bowandsquare.com with your order number and the items you want to cancel within 4 hours of placing the order. While we strive to process orders quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel the order before shipping. In such cases, please follow our Returns guidelines.

Returns:

We have a “No Questions Asked” return policy! If you're not satisfied with your Bow & Square purchase, return the unwashed, unworn, and unaltered item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Initiate a Return:

Conditions for Return:

  • Goods should be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged) with all tags intact.

In case you wish to return a product the amount will be refunded to the original payment method and for COD payments, we will require your payment details for the transfer.

Return Process:

  • Contact us with your order number and item(s) details.
  • Our customer care will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return Shipping & Refund Process:

  • The responsibility for shipping the product back rests with the customer.
  • The associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • In case you face any difficulty in reverse shipping, we can arrange the pick-up with our third-party logistic partner for a nominal charge of Rs.200, which will be deducted from the refund amount
    • After receiving your return request, please allow up to 14 days for processing and for your bank to complete the refund.
    • If you are unhappy with the products for any reason, please return your item to us with the purchase invoice. We are glad to offer refund or exchange on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items returned within 7 days from receiving your order. Our delivery service will pick-up the item to be returned from your place and we will charge the shipping fee of Rs.200 for the return pick-up. Products bought under any special prices (discounted) offers are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same of higher value). Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products sold at special prices.

    Exceptions:

    • Damaged or worn items (including packaging) won't be refunded.
    • Face Masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • No return or exchanges for sale items.
    • Special price products are only eligible for an exchange and the exchanged product should be of the same or higher value.
    • Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products bought at special prices.
