Exchange Policy
- To exchange your product, send us an e-mail at care@bowandsquare.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Bow & Square's office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- For Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
- In case the new required product is not available, our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
