We are glad to offer refund or exchange on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items returned within 7 days from receiving your order. The customer will have to ship back the product. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Products bought under any special prices (discounted) offers are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same of higher value). Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products sold at special prices.

Also, we follow an atelier approach where-in each and every piece is handcrafted in our workshop by our artisans. They have unique skills which they have developed over generations and are based in regions of Himalayas known for their specific and exceptional expertise.

Custom-made clothing is created keeping your body shape, specific measurements and needs in mind. The finished product is made exclusively for you with the promise of a perfect fit that is typically not available off-the-shelf.

On the product page, you can add a gift message (for which we will prepare a handwritten note) and complimentary gift packaging that we will add to your order. You can also send us an email at care@bowandsquare.com stating your order number with any special instructions such as scheduled delivery. During checkout, feel free to send the gift directly to the giftee by selecting the corresponding shipping address.

On each product page you can find our size and fit guide to help you find the best option. Size charts refer to the actual dimensions of the garment. If you already own a Bow & Square product you should select the same size. Sizing is aligned across different product categories, so customers usually wear the same size in different items. For instance, if you are size 38 in the popover shirts you will most likely be a size 38 in Oxford cotton formal shirt. If you are size 32 in dress pants, you will also be size 32 in the shorts and leisure pants. A slight difference in the sizing charts for the same size are due to the fact that certain materials do not stretch when you wear them (linen and oxford cotton) while others do. Please bear in mind that there is a tolerance margin of 1-2% in the dimension compared to the sizing table. Given the artisanal nature of the work, and technical properties of the materials it is in fact not possible to produce identical items.
