If you are unhappy with the products for any reason, please return your item to us with the purchase invoice. We are glad to offer refund or exchange on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items returned within 7 days from receiving your order. Our delivery service will pick-up the item to be returned from your place. A nominal fee of Rs. 200 will apply for pants, shorts, and shirts, Rs. 300 for overshirts and pullovers, and Rs. 400 for phirens. This amount will be adjusted in your refund. Products bought under any special prices (discounted) offers are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same of higher value). Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products sold at special prices.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours via express courier and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Also, we follow an atelier approach where-in each and every piece is handcrafted in our workshop by our artisans. They have unique skills which they have developed over generations and are based in regions of Himalayas known for their specific and exceptional expertise.

On the product page, you can add a gift message (for which we will prepare a handwritten note) and complimentary gift packaging that we will add to your order. You can also send us an email at care@bowandsquare.com stating your order number with any special instructions such as scheduled delivery. During checkout, feel free to send the gift directly to the giftee by selecting the corresponding shipping address.
