We are glad to offer refund or exchange on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items returned within 7 days from receiving your order. The customer will have to ship back the product. The shipping will be borne by the customer. Products bought under any special prices (discounted) offers are only eligible for an exchange (product should be of the same of higher value). Refunds or conversions to store credits are not applicable for products sold at special prices.
